The General Assembly kept the needs and wants of Virginians at heart with their vote to pass the Constitutional Amendment for Reproductive Freedom,” said Tarina Keene, Executive Director of REPRO Rising Virginia. “Now Virginia voters will finally be able to determine for themselves what access to the full range of reproductive healthcare looks like for them, their families, and for future generations. This is amendment will protect the right and access to the full whole spectrum of reproductive healthcare, including birth control, abortion, pre-and post-natal care, fertility treatment, childbirth, and miscarriage management without stigma, bias, or government intrusion. We look forward to helping make this a reality for all Virginians.”
