Shaun Daniels is a political strategist with extensive experience managing campaigns, mobilizing voters, and developing advocacy programs. As Director of Campaigns and Programs at REPRO Rising Virginia, he leads efforts to engage and educate Virginians on reproductive freedom, ensuring that policies reflect the needs and values of the communities they serve.
For more than 15 years, Shaun has managed campaigns at every level, helping to elect leaders who stand up for fundamental freedoms. He has worked on or consulted for campaigns in 48 states, bringing a breadth of experience in political strategy, messaging, and operations. Before joining REPRO Rising Virginia, he served as Executive Director of the Virginia C4 Table and Win Virginia, where he worked to strengthen Democratic infrastructure and support candidates in key races. His background also includes work in direct mail consulting, digital advertising, and redistricting research.
Shaun specializes in coaching candidates, engineering turnaround operations for campaigns in crisis, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. His ability to navigate complex political environments and bring people together around shared goals has made him a trusted voice in progressive politics.
Before entering politics, Shaun worked a wide range of jobs, including waiting tables, DJing, driving a dump truck, operating a drill rig, and managing public services in academic libraries—experiences shaped his adaptability and problem-solving approach to campaigns.
He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Louisville and completed coursework for a Master’s in Political Communication at George Mason University.
