Charlotte Walters has spent most of her life in Virginia, growing up in Charlottesville and attending college at William & Mary. While at William & Mary, she studied Environmental Policy and German studies and became deeply invested in social and environmental justice. She also led outdoor recreation trips for students, gaining hands on experience organizing groups, training staff, and teaching soft and hard outdoor skills. This led her to spend two years in Germany on a Fulbright grant, where she taught at secondary school and a vocational school for green careers. Charlotte is excited to return to Charlottesville to build a community around protecting reproductive rights in her hometown!
