REPRO Rising Virginia PAC Endorses Del. Elizabeth Bennett-Parker and Councilman Kirk McPike in Upcoming Special State Senate and House Elections

Alexandria, VA – REPRO Rising Virginia PAC is proud to endorse Delegate Elizabeth Bennett-Parker for the Virginia State Senate (SD-39) and Alexandria City Councilman R. Kirk McPike for the Virginia House of Delegates (HD-5) in the special election being held on February 10, 2026. 

In the House of Delegates, Bennett-Parker has been one of the most effective members of her caucus, passing more bills than any Democratic freshman and serving in leadership on key committees overseeing reproductive freedom and healthcare. She has an A+ rating on RRVA’s Reproductive Freedom Legislative Scorecard.  

As a member of the Alexandria City Council, McPike showed his commitment to  protecting access to abortion care after the Dobbs decision when he introduced and advanced a zoning change to ensure abortion providers are treated the same as other healthcare providers and can operate anywhere in the city.
